Privacy notice

What we collect, what we do with it, and when it gets deleted.

Written to be read by a maintenance manager and an IT reviewer, not by a lawyer. If anything here is unclear or does not meet your requirements, tell us and we will answer directly.

What we collect through this website

If you submit the form on this site, we receive your name, work email, company, and job title if you provide one. That is the entire set. There is nothing else in the form.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to you about a diagnostic or to send the overview you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Your submission is emailed to us and lives in our email system. It is not written to a database, a CRM, or any third-party marketing tool at this time.

Tracking, cookies, and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. It does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other browser storage, and it does not run advertising or social-media tracking scripts.

Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font host, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.

If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-preserving, cookieless tool and say so here.

Operational data provided for a diagnostic

A diagnostic is performed on a historical export of maintenance or shift-handoff communications that your organization produces and sends to us under an agreement. That data belongs to you.

The scope (which assets, which date range) is agreed with you before the export is produced. We ask for nothing outside that scope.

Names are not required for the analysis. Customer-provided exports can be minimized or pseudonymized where appropriate.

Access is limited to the people working on your diagnostic, for the duration of the engagement.

Data is retained only for the agreed engagement period and deleted according to the agreed retention policy. If you want it deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.

AOI analyzes equipment and operational events. We do not use this data to evaluate individual employees, measure productivity, or assess performance, and we do not use your operational data to train models for other customers.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. We will act on a deletion request for website enquiry details promptly and confirm when it is done.

Depending on where you are, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to processing and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

How long we keep things

Operational data provided for a diagnostic: retained only for the agreed engagement period, then deleted according to the agreed retention policy.

Website enquiries: kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours at any point and we will.

Who else is involved

We use Resend to deliver the email generated by the form, and a hosting provider to serve this website. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Security

We limit access to what is needed to do the work, and operational data is deleted according to the agreed retention policy.

We are happy to work under your NDA, answer a security questionnaire, and meet handling requirements your IT team specifies.
